Dropping the Bomb

What should President Truman have done?  This is the question to the students while discussing the dropping of Atomic Bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.  The students will wrestle with the moral question presented by this question, but they will also have the opportunity to evaluate different sources from different mediums to help them come to their conclusion (a Common Core Standard).  My assumption behind this lesson is that students will have computers available, but smart phones or tablets could be used if computers for each student are not feasible.  This lesson can be found here.
